SPRINGFIELD, Mo. -- A hit-and-run on North Glenstone Avenue last night has left one teenager in critical condition.  Just after 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, police say 19-year-old Rebecca Draper was hit by a vehicle that did not yield to a crosswalk.   Draper was at a crosswalk in north Springfield, also known as a hawk signal.
