Illinois Woman Charged After Allegedly Pretending to Be Teen to Meet Arkansas Minor

An Illinois woman is accused of posing as a 16-year-old boy under an alias to communicate with and arrange a meeting with a minor in Northwest Arkansas, according to court documents.

Analisa Biske, 24, of Bolingbrook, Illinois, was arrested May 28 by the Benton County Sheriff’s Office.

According to the affidavit, the Benton County Sheriff’s Office was notified on May 16 about a missing juvenile who had last been seen at her home around 10:30 p.m. on May 15. Her parents told investigators she might be with “Ignacio Rivas,” who had been communicating with her on Snapchat since June 2025.

After investigators traced the Snapchat account to Biske’s phone number, deputies used a phone ping to locate both Biske and the missing juvenile.

An officer with the Braidwood Police Department in Illinois investigated Biske and identified a vehicle registered to her mother. Police checked the license plate and found the vehicle had been detected by license plate readers in Northwest Arkansas the previous day and was traveling back to Illinois.

Braidwood police officers later stopped the vehicle and found Biske behind the wheel, with the juvenile riding in the passenger seat.

Detectives later determined Biske had spent several days in the area and had been staying at a hotel in Rogers. Investigators also learned the two first connected during a TikTok livestream in June 2025, where Biske claimed to be 14 years old.

According to the affidavit, detectives also learned that Biske and the juvenile allegedly exchanged nude photographs and engaged in sexual acts at the hotel.

Biske faces seven felony charges, along with a misdemeanor charge of possessing sexually explicit digital material. The felony charges include:

  • Interference with custody
  • Stalking of a child
  • Sexual indecency with a child
  • Distributing, possessing or viewing material depicting sexually explicit conduct involving a child
  • Transportation of minors for prohibited sexual conduct
  • Possession or use of child sexual abuse material
  • Engaging children in sexually explicit conduct for use in visual or print media

The affidavit also states that Biske has “an extensive history of domestic battery/bodily harm charges” in Illinois involving multiple law enforcement agencies.

Biske is being held at the Benton County Detention Center on a $350,000 bond. She is scheduled to appear in court on Aug. 24.

The Benton County Sheriff’s Department is urging anyone who believes a child is being exploited or groomed online to contact their local law enforcement agency immediately.
