GREENLAND — A man was killed early Friday when his pickup truck ran off the road and crashed in rural Washington County, Arkansas State Police reported.
Dalton James Norris, 27, of Fayetteville was behind the wheel of a 2014 Chevrolet Silverado heading south on Arkansas 265, just west of Greenland, around 12:45 a.m.
The vehicle veered off the roadway, struck a sign and a mailbox, traveled over a culvert and hit a tree. Norris was ejected from the truck, according to the report.
Skies were clear and the road was dry at the time of the crash.
