Intuition Meditation
Join us for a short group discussion where we will open the group up for someone to share a topic or experience that has been on their mind this week.
We will see how individuals may have something to share that adds a piece of the puzzle to create a deeper understanding for all who attend!
From there, we will Om Chant as a group and sink into deep guided breathing and meditation.
