Description
Drifters Mile at The Shoe Tree! 1342 St. Louis Street
Genre bending band Drifters Mile returns to The Shoe Tree Listening Room at Arrow Art Annex, 1342 St. Louis Street on Saturday, December 14, at 7:00pm
Doors open at 6:30 for this alcohol free event.
General admission tickets are $20, and available at @arrowcreativereuse.org and at the door.
Drifters Mile is @Deakin Moody on banjo, Jake Norman on mandolin, Tony Johnson on bass, and an as yet to be named guitar player. (Deakin tells me they have had some stellar auditions.) The lead in to this band mentioned “Genre Bending,” and that is exactly what they do. From Bluegrass, country, and jam grass, and many other influences, they weave a colorful quilt of unique sound.
