Candlelight Restorative Yoga with Robin

If you are feeling overwhelmed with life, Restorative Yoga can help you. All poses are done on the ground using props to fully support the body. Allowing yourself time to just BE is a gift to the nervous system. Robin will also incorporate some sound healing into this session. No experience is needed.
