Description
Cacao, Fire & Rewire
Any of you familiar with the work of Joe Dispenza? I've been following him since I first watched the documentary "What the Bleep Do We Know" and "The Secret" and began hosting discussion groups at Life Essentials back in 2004 with Michelle Porter.
Now, fast forward to today. His research into the field of quantum physics and the power of thought has only gotten stronger and more evidence-based. His recent book, How to Break the Habit of Being Yourself, has shed light on how our mind affects the chemicals released in our brains and how those chemicals affect our emotions and how our emotions affect our physical existence.
For over a year now, I've felt called to facilitate a meditation group that utilizes this INNERstanding to light the path for others to break the cycle of addiction to ALL CHEMICALS, but especially the emotional highs and lows that keep us looking to our external environments for happiness and validation only to continue to feel empty and hopeless inside.
You can't THINK one way and FEEL another.
Join me for a mug of cacao followed by opening of our heart-space with a guided visualization. I'll walk you to the door of your internal healing practice inspired by Joe's work. Then, you'll spend roughly 15 minutes in silent meditation, consciously re-wiring your neural pathways to facilitate healing and cellular repair on whatever level you choose.
A short singing bowl sound bath will bring you back into your physical body so you can be out the door in less than an hour and continue the powerful work subconsciously when you go home to sleep. Space will also be held open for anyone choosing to stick around for community connection.
Suggested donation is $7 and can be paid via Venmo, CashApp or cash at the door. Space is limited, so RSVP's will be very necessary.
