Arm Balance Exploration with Elise Ferrer
In this workshop, we'll explore our fun and curious side through preparation and ease into arm balances! We'll learn how to properly stretch and strengthen the body to set up for poses such as crow, flying splits, side crow, firefly, and more! Come play with Elise!
Dress comfortably for movement; hot tea and water provided in-studio or you're welcome to bring your own!
