Paul was proudly born and raised in Springfield, Missouri. As a graduate of Missouri State University, holding a degree in Small Business Management. He began his career working for the Bass Pro corporate offices, but by 2013 Paul shifted into a leadership role as the 2nd generation within his family’s 40+ year real estate business, Tillman Redevelopment. Paul is also an active Commercial Real Estate Agent with Alpha Realty.
Paul and his wife, Kayla, are parents to four wonderful children. Outside the home, Kayla dedicates her time to Second Baptist Church's preschool and partners alongside Paul in some commercial real estate endeavors.
Outside of work, Paul enjoys classic sports cars and pursuing many of the hunting opportunities available in our area.
As of 2024, Paul and his family are proud to announce their latest small business endeavor, College Station Theaters, which will be opening in November 2024
