Police Investigate Deadly Shooting in Pine Bluff, Arkansas
Authorities with the Pine Bluff Police Department are investigating a deadly double shooting that left two people dead on Wednesday night.
Officers responded to reports of gunfire around 8:00 p.m. in the 4100 block of West 14th Avenue in Pine Bluff, Arkansas.
Two Victims Found With Gunshot Wounds
Upon arrival, police discovered one victim inside a vehicle suffering from a gunshot wound. While searching the surrounding area, officers located a second victim nearby.
Both individuals were transported to a local hospital for emergency treatment. However, authorities later confirmed that both victims died from their injuries.
Suspect Arrested Following Double Homicide
Police confirmed that a suspect has been taken into custody in connection with the shooting. Details about the suspect and possible motives have not yet been released.
