Authorities said a woman stabbed a man in southwest Miami-Dade early Thursday, sending him to the hospital. The incident occurred around 12:25 a.m. near Southwest 119th Avenue and 151st Street, close to the Hammocks.
Officials with the Miami-Dade Sheriff’s Office said a woman stabbed the man multiple times in the back with an “edge weapon.” Paramedics transported the man to HCA Florida Kendall Hospital, where he was listed in stable condition.
Authorities have not said what led up to the incident or whether they arrested the woman or plan to file charges. Officials have not released the identities of the man or the woman.
