Morning Gong Meditation
Join Robin Lee for a peaceful and energizing morning practice that combines the art of sound healing with meditation. We will begin with breath and short meditation to center the body and mind. The gong will help to deepen relaxation and focus by clearing mental clutter. The vibrations of the gong are thought to align the body's energy, promote healing, and facilitate a state of heightened awareness. Set a positive tone for your day for clarity, calm, and vitality. This is offered as a donation based class.
