A teenager was rushed to the hospital Monday night following a stabbing in Center City Philadelphia.
The attack occurred at approximately 8:50 p.m. on the 1500 block of JFK Boulevard, according to police.
Authorities said the male victim was transported to a hospital with stab wounds to his leg and is reported to be in stable condition.
A second teenager, who investigators believe is responsible for the stabbing, was also taken to Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia with injuries to his face.
A weapon was recovered at the scene by police.
Officials have not released further information regarding what prompted the stabbing.
