Police secured an arrest warrant and took the man into custody during a traffic stop in Windsor on Sunday, charging him with fourth-degree larceny.
we contacted FedEx for comment but had not received a response.
Officers processed the man and released him on a $3,000 bond. He is scheduled to appear in Manchester Superior Court on July 8.
