MOSCOW MILLS, Missouri (April 23, 2026) — A head-on collision involving a school bus left three adults injured Thursday morning in Moscow Mills, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
The crash occurred along U.S. Route 61 near Highway C when one of the vehicles crossed the center line, triggering the collision, officials said.
Authorities confirmed that no children were on the bus at the time of the accident. The bus was occupied by two adults, both of whom sustained injuries that are not considered life-threatening.
The driver or occupant of the other vehicle suffered more serious injuries, but officials indicated they are also expected to survive.
